About Jeff Oster

Jeff is an Idaho native who took a winding road back home. After graduating, he joined the Army, which took him to several different places before he landed in Colorado. There he started two businesses, worked as a mortgage lender, and discovered a passion for numbers that eventually led him to earn his MBA and accounting degree from the University of Colorado.

Now back in Idaho and close to family and friends, Jeff is excited to bring that mix of entrepreneurial and financial experience to the Executive Allies team. He loves working with clients and getting to know how each business grows and operates differently, because understanding the numbers better means understanding the organization better.

In his off time, Jeff enjoys PC gaming and weightlifting, and is making the most of being back in Idaho's great outdoors.
