About Heidi Ehle, CPA

Heidi has spent her adult life in Idaho's Treasure Valley and brings more than 30 years of accounting leadership experience across a wide range of industries, including family offices, non-profits, heavy equipment dealerships, and utilities. She is passionate about aligning operational and financial functions to support organizational success, and believes that accurate, timely financial reporting is the foundation for every good business decision.

Throughout her career, Heidi has intentionally stepped outside her comfort zone to understand how organizations work as a whole. Her experience extends well beyond accounting, encompassing employee benefits administration, payroll, and ERP implementations. She also serves in leadership roles on nonprofit boards and participates in Leadership Boise.

Outside of work, Heidi has been happily married for over 30 years and is proud of her three children. She enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family and their Goldendoodle.
