About Debbie Schwinn

Debbie has spent her career working directly with business owners across a wide range of industries, including medical, dental, real estate, and athletic facilities. She started in accounting at an engineering firm and has built her expertise over many years, becoming proficient in every aspect of the accounting function.

She excels at helping businesses organize their financial information, develop efficient processes, and understand what their numbers actually mean. Debbie has completed hundreds of bank reconciliations and led numerous compliance audits, and she brings that same thoroughness to every client at Executive Allies. For Debbie, accounting isn't a chore, it's where she found her place in the business world.

Outside of work, Debbie is married with 6 children and 10 grandchildren. When she's not spoiling the grandkids, she and her husband are out looking for the next great hiking trail.
