Heidi Ehle

Having spent my adult life in Idaho’s Treasure Valley, I’ve come to value the strong relationships that drive both personal fulfillment and professional success. With more than 30 years of experience in accounting leadership, I bring a broad perspective shaped by work across diverse industries, including family offices, non-profits, heavy equipment dealerships, and utilities.

I am passionate about aligning operational and financial functions to support organizational success. By emphasizing the importance of accurate, timely financial reporting, I help teams make informed decisions and achieve sustainable outcomes. I also believe that improving processes—making them more efficient and effective—benefits every level of an organization.

Throughout my career, I’ve intentionally stepped outside my comfort zone to understand how organizations function as a whole. Beyond full-scope accounting, my experience spans employee benefits administration, payroll, and ERP implementations.

Giving back is equally important to me. I serve in leadership roles on nonprofit boards, volunteer my time and participate in Leadership Boise.

Outside of work, I’ve been happily married for over 30 years and am proud of our three wonderful children. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling the world, hiking, reading, and hanging out with our Goldendoodle.
