My professional background spans public accounting and private commercial real estate private equity, where I was responsible for leading the finance function and working closely with operators and executive leadership teams. With experience across audit and private accounting, I’ve supported businesses in a variety of industries and developed a strong ability to identify both effective practices and operational gaps within organizations.

Over time, I’ve learned that accounting solutions are never universal. Small to mid-sized businesses each face unique challenges influenced by growth stage, available resources, and industry dynamics. That perspective drives my focus on helping these businesses streamline and strengthen their accounting processes in ways that are practical, sustainable, and aligned with their real-world limitations.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy staying active and engaged in the community. I spend time running in the Boise foothills and am involved as a local running coach for Boise-area marathon races.
