Amy Doutre

 With more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, I have spent my career partnering with high-growth small to medium-sized businesses across telecom, high-tech, software, data analytics, public safety, financial services, and manufacturing. For the past decade, I have led Finance and Accounting organizations at the VP level, bringing structure, clarity, and strategic insight to companies ready to scale.

I am known for building detailed forecasting engines, strengthening financial processes, improving reporting accuracy, and leading cross-functional teams through periods of change. I believe there is real magic in working hard, and I combine hands-on leadership with advanced financial analysis to sharpen decision-making and operational discipline.

I joined Executive Allies because I love rolling up my sleeves and working directly with a diverse clientele. Finance fuels my analytic and strategic thinking, and I bring that same energy to building collaborative, high-performing cultures wherever I work.

I hold an MBA from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Outside of work, my husband and I enjoy the outdoors, local breweries, live concerts, and time with friends and family.
